You are receiving this software as is. In other words, it excludes a warranty of any kind, express or implied. This covers warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall you hold Phil Simon liable for any claim, damages, or other liability. This statement applies in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of—or in connection with—RacketHub or the use or other dealings with RacketHub.

RacketHub users represent and warrant that they will always comply with applicable laws regarding the use of this product.
